    The staff ensures you have a very pleasant time, they are very friendly professional and really helpful. The service is exceptional, includes complimentary parking. Pool area is clean, really enjoyed this place. Comfortable location, it's set not far from Michigan for a memorial service on Saturday as well as ghetto or high crime. And it's by Black River...

    Book through Booked.net, front desk cannot locate our reservation in the system at all. They did find us a room, however, we were charged $82.99 plus tax instead of the $66.39 plus tax as stated in our booking. Booking number #597310471

    staff was friendly. Pool was fine.

    It was a depressing location in that the main entrance is behind a gas station and bowling alley. Hotel elevator and hallways were filthy. Rooms have been updated with new carpet and beds. The rooms were fine. Too bad beds are just full size. Really makes sleeping with another person cramped.

    Upon check-in for a week-long stay, I was informed that I had been upgraded to a jacuzzi room, with microwave and fridge. The lady at the desk was very pleasant and very helpful. I was there to be present when my brother had surgery in Port Huron and the staff checked on his progress every time I came back from the hospital. Everyone was super friendly and and professional. I didn't use the jacuzzi, but the fridge came in very handy for a long stay.
